These are pictures of the new Honduras Healing Center in Laceiba we are proposing to buy.

This paradise was built and designed by world renowned surreal artist JULIO VISQUERRA.  He lived and studied in Barcelona for 20 years. He was a friend of Salvador Dalis and Gina Lollabrigida. His paintings are sold and exhibited in museums world wide....Brazil, Europe, US etcetera.

This is an opportunity to own a work of art...like Monet´s Giverney or Frieda Kalos home in Mexico...all museums now.  He started construction in 2000 and is 99 per cent complete.

The construction is post and beam with cinder block walls covered in real stucco. The paint is all natural gessos mixed into the stucco. It was built to last centuries. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The beachfront is about 500 ft. away, and the casa is located on about 3 acres. sq ft...approx 12,000 plus 5,000 in terraces and courtyards...2 swimming pools...there are 8 suites ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,400 sq ft. All have sitting rooms and terraces, and are beautifully furnished. There are over 15 bathrooms...gallery space...if desired there is space by the pool for a restaurant...also a sunken bar by pool to serve on stools in pool.

There is ample room to build 2 more houses on each side beachfront...and lots of other developable land in the garden. The land on both sides is owned by Laceiba physicians who will be building mansion residences there.

There are also 2 excellent restaurants located within a block for guests. There are jungle tours, canopy tours, white water rafting, mineral hot springs, all within a few miles. A short boat ride away is a small group of islands with a fabulous reef for snorkeling and diving. THIS REALLY IS PARADISE!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel rooms in the area go for between $40 to $200 a night.  This has 8 suites ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,400 sq ft. All with huge private terraces overlooking the ocean or mountains ..a mile away.  There is a healing village nearby that has water with 110 minerals which can be used.
