successful treatment for health problems has been successful for tendons, ligaments, superficial cuts, bone spurs, edema, osteoarthritis, sinusitis, migraine headaches and various cancers utilizing electro-magnetic shock waves in a controlled non-linear environment; the ability to non-invasively detect most normal and abnormal substances, drugs, bacteria, viruses and fungi in humans and animals as well as normal and abnormal organs utilizing a non-invasive X-, Y-axis Lazer Line Scanning of the whole body and new, safe, effective treatments, quick screening of cancer, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease and pain and accurate localization; modern yoga in the United States, a Mistaken Exercise, placing yoga back in its original total and intended perspective; utilizing Ayurveda, science and systems in an evolutionary approach to discover new techniques that transform practices.  Globally, there is a trend in favor of traditional and integrative health sciences; thousands of studies globally over the past 40 years proving that magnetic therapies and the FDA's approval of an increasing number of magnetic devices for use in clinical medicine; the therapeutics of metals - gold, silver, copper, iron, tin and zinc - for the prevention and treatment of disease, including years of clinical data that has been generated in the treatment of certain forms of cancer, chronic inflammatory, and immunological disorders and the prima fascia evidence for the efficacy of MBAT without causing side effects; Water: Universal Agent of Healing: Structure as the Key, the nature of the molecular species (whether monomers, dimers, trimers, etc. and various oligomeric polyhedra and the relevant rich data from materials researchers who use the term "structure" differently to describe the 3-D arrangement of molecules, ions or atoms in space.  Data presented especially from similar covalently bonded liquids.  Combining the two perspectives yields a picture of the structure of water as a nano-heterogeneous assemblage of various size clusters, very easily changed by the usual intensive variables, P + T and including, also the weaker intensive variables including E and H.  An array of data on changes of structure/properties measured by Raman and I - R spectroscopy, SEM, TEM, etc, the fact that preliminary results indicate that some healing waters have distinctive special signatures; utilizing GDV cameras, a form of high voltage electro-photography to measure bio-fields; scientific investigations lending credence to the possibility that ancient cultural abilities were genuine and that they can be comprehended as manifestations of mind-matter relationships governed by quantum physics principles; relief of intractable low back pain using non-invasive, low level pulsed DC magnetic fields; demographics of energy healing training programs in the United States; outgrowing back pain, asthma, depression and other conditions;  Kundalini Yoga (KY) landmark breathing techniques for selectively altering cerebral hemisphere activity; a technique for resetting a brainstem pacemaker involved the in electrical accidents that lead to sudden cardiac death; results from a randomized controlled study using KY for treating obsessive compulsive disorder, the 4th most common psychiatric disorder;  how the two brain hemispheres alternate dominance during waking and sleep with an ultradian periodicity ("hourly" domain) and how this phenomenon is coupled to the nasal cycle, non-REM/REM sleep stages, and rhythms of the major bodily systems (central and autonomic nervous system, neuro-endrocrine, cardiovascular, fuel regulatory, immune), presenting a new perspective for physiological states; techniques for eliminating and preventing depression and/or mental fatigue; a technique for all forms of anxiety, calming the mind, achieving deep inner peace and stillness; two techniques for energizing the nervous system and stimulate glandular secretions, which helps enhance the efficacy of any meditative practice; the use of Ag-X 32 Silgel in the treatment of skin reactions in the radiation therapy for breast cancer; BDORT diagnostic screening method utilized in Western medicine, dentistry, veterinary, acupuncture and Oriental medicine, a non-invasive method, it has the advantages of not exposing patients to surgical exploration, radiation form X-rays or strong magnetic fields (MRI, CT-scan, etc.); therapeutic electromagnetic devices: taxonomy, characterization and review of the scientific literature as the body is increasingly understood in bioelectomagnetic and quantum physical contexts, the devices may prove more beneficial at treating certain health disorders than biochemical approaches.  Since placebo responses cloud all studies of efficacy in treating health conditions, we are characterizing in detail the radiation and fields associated with these devices and their effect on physical matter, including especially water.  From the scientific literature, we can clarify what fields are considered beneficial, what fields may be harmful, and where further research is required;  there are many electromagnetic field (EMF) instruments and devices now emerging that bring beneficial changes to human organisms, especially those that pulsate the fields (PEMFs).  Electro-medicine or electromagnetic healing are the terms applied to such developments in the ELF, RF, IR, visible or UV band, which when properly used, represent the ideal, noninvasive therapy of the future.  The roots of this science can be traced to 1898.  An overview of these devices, finding associated with these devices, along with a biophysical explanation based on the science of bio-eletromagnetics;  anti-entrophy and bio-genic activity restored by transferring a high amplitude energy, restructuring and creating bio-activity;  Evaluated by nuclear magnetic resonance testing, confirmed by Masaru Emoto and endorsed by Dr. Richard Gerber.  Also presented was the Position of R. Mashelkar, Director General, CSIR India on India's Position in the Future of Healing Science and Services.

Looking at the Farm Bill as if Health Mattered

"There is nothing more difficult to carry out, nor more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to handle, than to initiate a new order of things.  For the reformer has enemies in all who profit by the old order, and only lukewarm defenders in all those who would profit by the new order."

"If there is anything human history demonstrates, it is the extreme slowness with which the academic and critical mind acknowledges facts to exist {that} present themselves as wild facts, with no staff or pigeon-hole, or as facts {that} threaten to break up the accepted system."
                                                  - William James
