Structure as the Key, the nature of the molecular species (whether
monomers, dimers, trimers, etc. and various oligomeric polyhedra and the
relevant rich data from materials researchers who use the term
"structure" differently to describe the 3-D arrangement of molecules,
ions or atoms in space. Data presented especially from similar
covalently bonded liquids. Combining the two perspectives yields a
picture of the structure of water as a nano-heterogeneous assemblage of

devices: taxonomy, characterization and review of the scientific
literature as the body is increasingly understood in bioelectomagnetic
and quantum physical contexts, the devices may prove more beneficial at
treating certain health disorders than biochemical approaches.
Since placebo responses cloud all studies of efficacy in treating health
conditions, we are characterizing in detail the radiation and fields
associated with these devices and their effect on physical matter,
including especially water. From the scientific literature, we can
clarify what fields are considered beneficial, what fields may be
harmful, and where further research is required; there are many
electromagnetic field (EMF) instruments and devices now emerging that
bring beneficial changes to human organisms, especially those that
pulsate the fields (PEMFs). Electro-medicine or electromagnetic
healing are the terms applied to such developments in the ELF, RF, IR,
visible or UV band, which when properly used, represent the ideal,
noninvasive therapy of the future. The roots of this science can
be traced to 1898. An overview of these devices, finding
associated with these devices, along with a biophysical explanation

"There is nothing more difficult to carry out, nor more doubtful of
success, nor more dangerous to handle, than to initiate a new order of
things. For the reformer has enemies in all who profit by the old
order, and only lukewarm defenders in all those who would profit by the
new order."

"If
there is anything human history demonstrates, it is the extreme slowness
with which the academic and critical mind acknowledges facts to exist
{that} present themselves as wild facts, with no staff or pigeon-hole,
or as facts {that} threaten to break up the accepted system."
